Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
Civil rights?
My daughter was taking a greyhound bus and was denied boarding for no apparent reason other that she had a 6''x6'' secured traveling fish container by the driver? Do we have a case.

No. In order to have a case, you have to prove she was denied access because of discrimination.
