can you sue a police department if they get a search warrant for you rhome on false pretense then when they are in your home for about 4 hours they dont let you use the bathroom and ask for an attorney becuase they wouold not show me a search warrant but kept questioning me about things i did not know. then they found nothing illegal in my home but still took my money. and the male cops found a condom in my home and were making comments about how big their privates were and how long they had lasted in bed with there wifes/ significant others. Can you sue inder these circumstances?
