civil rights and police misconduct

i live in a small town that has a cop that was hired by our mayor as a commisioner..he has harrassed my son relentlessly and even has made untrue statements that he smokes and deals crack let me tell you this is so far from the truth it is not funny..my son was arrested for fight with sister he is 16 she is 17 he has talked to the judge about my son and gave info about how he does all of this stuff yet he has illegally searched my son several times and came up nothing he has made comments to his grandmother and to the judge hearing the case about what he believes but not true stopped him walking down the street searched him down his pants not just pat down has relentlessly searched other teens the same way and searched their cars without permission when told cant search he said then ill arrest u for resisting arrest..he has illegally came to my house with soc serv and while talking to them he searched drawers in my house i want to sue him all he has done can i and do u have any sugg of lawyers pro bono in albany ny
