The closing of catholic schools
Do we have a recourse of preventing the archdiocese of new york from closing our school. Do we have a class action law suit for disrupting the lives of our children and the emotional well being of our children.

No, in my opinion , you do not have a viable claim. The archdiocese is essentially bankrupt. You cannot force a private institution to incur additional debit with no viable source of income.
