Dating.

I was wondering what the legal age was to date someone over 18. For example I'm 16, and I wanna date someone thats older then 21. When am I ''legal'' to date them? To have sex with them?

In New York, when you're 17 but every state is different. By the way going over state lines with a minor for the purpose of engaging in sexual intercourse could result in Federal charges being brought against the adult with significant jail time.
