Defamation of character
I am wondering if there is a statute of limitations on libel.An ad was placed on Craigslist about someone that had some untruths to it.The ad was removed within 1.5 hours.the ad stated the person was an alcoholic,drug addict that would steal from you and give you the virus.How long does someone have to persue legal action against this individual?
