Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
Discrimation
I recently was shopping at a department store in NY where the store employees were yelling out discriminatory remarks on the subject of my sexual orientation. To make clear of the situation I simply asked the employees if they were speaking to me. Surprisingly they said yes and continued with their remarks. I asked to speak with the manager of the store and was told there wasnt one. I tried calling the store when I arrived home but it was apparent that the store had closed. What can be done legally?
