discrinination

if an attorney advertises he takes contingent and you are a plaintiff asking for help and he denies you because your case is just over 1million is this fair

An attorney is under no obligation to accept your case and may set his standards for accepting a case at a level he or she chooses.

Perhaps you should speak with other attorneys and not take this particular attorney's rejection of your case so personally.
