I have a 1983 civil suit in the northern istrict of new yoooork and would like to tranfer it to the southern district of n.y. due to medical disabilities preferably reanl dkidney disease

You can file a Motion to Change Venue. If you don't have counsel, contact the Pro Se clerk in the Northern District for help obtaining a form.
