Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
divorce
i want to divorce my wife. we have
been married for 6 years. we have
no kids and we have no other
entanglements. we both agreed on
getting divorce now. the only thing
is we do not have money for the
divorce. can i get help by filing a fee
waiver. and what kind of forms i
have to file unconsented or
annulment. also can we all sign the
papers and file them one time or
she has to wait for the court to
send her the paper to sign. I also
would like to get her to sign before
the public notary but i do not know
what forms I should let her sign
please answer me thank you
I appreciate your help
