Unless the slur was directed at you specifically there is little you can do. If it was directed at you and meant to target you you potentially have an action for intentional infliction of emotional distress, assuming you can prove damages.

If the information stated contained statements of facts which are verifiably false and malicious you may have an action for slander, if spoken or libel, if aired.

If you merely heard an offensive slur on the air but it did not identify you specifically, there is little you can do other than lodge a complaint with the FCC.
