Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
My fiance was beaten by the police on his own property. He was caused bruises from head to toe and 7000 dollars of dental damage. he asked them to leave because they were not interested in the reason they were called. (his stepdaughters father came there to fight, tore up his lawn and drove away.) Does he have a civil case?

Possibly. But there are not enough facts in your question to be sure.
1. When did this take place?
2. What were the full facts and circumstances relating to the incident?
