Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

Can I file a law suit against my mother for making me cut my hair? Its my body, I should be able to do what I want with it. (Im 14 by the way)

Here is what I tell my 23 and 21 year old sons: as long as you are under my roof you do as I say. Kid, it looks like you have a mom that cares about you. I am sure that you have heard this before, you will get over it . . . Be good and tell your mom you love her.
