Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
Me and My friends Decided that we would like to play guitar in front of target one day. we did, for about five minutes until the manager came out to tell us to stop. I did not argue, but I wondered if he could remove us considering:
*another friend we were driving was shopping at target
*our music was not loud. it was an acoustic guitar, about vocal level
*we were not obstructing customers
*we were not asking for money although a man did give us a dollar
