Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
my girlfriend lives with her mother and I'm 18. Her mom thinks its okay to look through her text messages and get angry when my girlfriend deletes them. Since I'm 18 can't her mom get in trouble because its invading my privacy as well as her daughters? Her mom has also bad mouthed me and called me a bunch of names on facebook. just confused on what to do
