Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
Hi Good day! I just want to ask regarding to my case. I was married since 2005 to an american citizen, after we got married he went back to USA and i didnt talk to him anymore for a years since 2013 i heard to our common friends that he died. Now i am in a relationship and having a child, i want to get married again but the thing is when im getting my singleness still showing and of course it will still show my previous marriage. So what i need to do about it?

Assuming all that you said is true then you are a widow. A copy of your husband's death certificate should suffice to confirm his death.
