Harassment

I have been harassed for 16yrs by a group of girls who said I'm in the way. They are much younger, and yes it has been confirmed they are severely mentally unstable. 10 yrs ago, they attempted to kidnap my son from school to kill him, their words, if I did not leave a guy alone. I don't know this man. Two teachers were assaulted protecting my son. Because they were minors at the time, the police have been most unhelpful. They would not give me her last name or allow me to file a report. They told me it was between their family and the school. Now I'm being harassed by this guy's family. They seem to have befriended the now adult girls. I have been hit, pushed, had bottles thrown at me, and 4 times had to jump out of the way of vehicles threatening to jump the sidewalk. All driven by the same individuals. What I have noticed, is the main person, who I truly believe unknowingly caused this, doesn't appear to know. I have overheard them say they don't want him to find out. These girls are violent, and are coming at me again. I need help. What do I do? PIs, groups? I have no money but, need desperate help. They are strangers. The police aren't any help. I'm scared.
