My wife and children were on a plane with their 4lb dog. They said that the bag my wife was carring the dog in was not the right back and wanted her to pay 60.00 for a new bag. She told them that nobody else said anything to me about the bag before i got on the plane. They continued to harrass my wife and wanted my wife and kids to leave the plane because they had no ticket for the dog. I had paid the fare for the dog on the phone and had a confirmation # as well for the dog. When they finally made to their destination, the pilot continued to harrass my wife and frighten my children,he than followed my wife in to the terminal yelling and pointing his finger at my wife now my kids are afraid to fly home with the airline.Something must be done he was very rude and he embarrsed my wife pls respond theres more info

Re: Harrasment
I would be interested in speaking to you about your case. The Pilot was clearly out of line, once you paid for the ticket. His behavior was in and of itself wrong. The Airline itself could be responsible for that and for its failure to properly explain while in the terminal the regulations as to taking the dog aboard the plane. In fact there could be violations of federal civil rights acts.
