Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
Harrassment at work
I have been harrassed at work to the point that I reported it and told my boss if it didn't stop I was going to have to quit. It didn't stop, in fact it got worse. I reported it again, again threatening to quit. It continued and I finally quit. Is there any action I can take against the company for not helping me when I had reported all the incidents?

Harassment can take many forms, but only certain types of harassment are "actionable," that is, capable of suing for. Feel free to visit my website: www.bchaolaw.com for more information on harassment, or you can call for a free phone consultation.
