Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
Health care facility conduct by visitors
I got a little out of line with a nurse while visiting my parents at a rehabilitation center. I didn't threaten her physically and I didn't use any foul language. She kicked me out of the place. I went back a few days later and was told that I was banned from seeing my parents for the time being. What can I do? (The health care facility is in New York.)

Get detailed information, such as, whether you now listed a threat to the security of residence and staff. If that's the case, then you may want to get a lawyer.
