Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

Hi,

There is a woman who works with my husband who is creating a lot of problems in our marriage..though been told several times to leave him and us alone it just doesnt happen..is there any legal action i can take ? atleast to put some pressure on her to stop, even if it doesnt mean anything as serious as taking her to court..
