I`am accussed of sexual harrassement
hello, I`am currently work as a warehouse manager, and about two weeks ago my employer(owner) asked me to let one of our employees go, stating that she was distracting the guys from their dutyes, so I did it, now i just found out that she is filing a case against me and other co-workers for sexual harrassement, how can i protect myself from her false accusation, and I also found out that she was working with somebody elses papers..its that legal?, does she have a case?I must say she have a picture from one of our employes showing his privates, as far as I know she toke his phone and send it to hers, now shes saying he was harrasing her also wath can we do??

Nothing is worse than being wrongly accused of something, much less something as bad as this. I am sorry you are going through this.
Your boss needs to hire a lawyer. He needs to investigate the situation. Why one of your guys has a picture of his "privates" on his phone and how she would know that needs to be investigated.
You may want to have a lawyer too, but that is up to you. It is kind of expensive for one person to fund but the company can cover everyone wrongly accused and save itself some funds as well.
