Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
Illegal Videotaping
I have been informed that I was videotaped at my most intimate moment without my consent.
I was in this individuals home and the videotape has been seen by his friends. I feel very violated and I need to know the legal ramifications.

Re: Illegal Videotaping
Simply stated, you can sue the offender. Earlier today, I settled a highly similar case for $50,000.00. In that case, she was viewed, by camera, while in the bathroom. Please feel free to contact me to schedule a free consultation Andrew J. Campanelli (516) 746-1600
