Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

Internet Fraud

There are about 20 people so far that we know of who have been ripped off by Interior innovations and Decorators Home Models Inc. W have collected some great info on these people and need to know what to do to get our money back. We have all the emails, copies of payments etc and we are all from all over the untied stated. These people sold on eBay and using their Decorators Home models Inc site - we have filed forms after forms is there anything else we can do to get these people and stop them.
