can a lawyer drop your

my daughter was hurt by a worker at a school, she was kicked in the back and laned on the floor. my lawyer wants me to settel out of court but i was to go to court. I want to know can my lawyer drop me because i will not settel out of court

I would suggest that you review the written fee agreement(hopefully there is one)which should generally outline the terms of your lawyer's representation of you in this matter, including the terms under which either party(you or the lawyer) may terminate or withdraw from this agreement.
