Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
How is it legal and not discriminatory, to have Ladies Night at restaurants where only females eat and/or drink for a lower price than men? I was refused service from the Ladies menu because, although I was with a lady, I am male.
Thank you,
Bruce
