medical malpractice

i m a 22 year old studend studing at the interdisciplinary center herzelya in israel, and started my second year doing two degrees in bussiness managment and law. i m working on a research project regarding the medical negligence/malpractice during birth, in the united states,u.k. and israel.

i would be very thanksful if you will tell me anything you know and can tell about medical malpractice in birth.
