Medical Records in Storage
My doctor says my records ''were transferred to our storage facility - SORRY''. I desperately need these records, but he apparently thinks he has no responsibility to get them from his storage facility. The records are from 2003. I don't know what to do next, and I don't want this to become ugly. What do you recommend?
