Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
Mistreatment by Human Resources Director
Hello,
What are my rights and what can I do when I have been judged unfairly by my HR Director who was questioning me on a sexual harassment issue? The HR Director remained biased and clearly took the side of the ''alleged harasser.''
