Please tell me what the statute of limitations are on a will in NYS.

No such Statute of Limitation exists.
If you are asking about the liability of an executor or of a creditor against the esetate those do have limitations. Pleae provide more informatin if so.

There is no statute of limitations on properly excuted will.
