is it agaist the law for an ex to post sexual pictures of someone w/o their permission out of anger? and if so what can happen and how do i go about pressing charges?

if he does not stop when you request it, tell the web site. Generally it will be a violation of their terms and they will take them down. You can file an harassment comoplaint with the police, so that if it continues or gets worse you can obtain a protective order.
