Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
At my place of employment we were asked if we would want overtime on the holiday week so about five to six of us employees signed the paper for the overtime and one of the employees without permission took copies of this piece of paper with our signatures when they have nothing to do with the overtime and took them home with her, is this a legal act I am fearful of her having my signature not knowing what she will do with it.

It is not illegal. However, have you reported the employee to your supervisor or manager to note your concerns. Although it's not illegal, the employee may get reprimanded by the company.
