Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

political injustice

I am trying to help a friend who lost a family member who was struck by an automobile. I do not want to get into all the details because i feel that if the wrong people read this they may recognize the case I am refering too. My friend has good reason to believe

that the criminal case and now the cival case was unjustly handled due to the political figures involved, who are protecting there own interests. From what I understand from the case I tend to believe him He has been desperatly seeking help in locating someone who would be willing to listen and possibly assist him to correct this injustice that has been forced upon him and his family...

I understand about your unwillingness to post details in a matter like this. However, in order to give you an opinion, any attorney will need to know the facts.

In your situation, I would suggest that you consult attorneys by telephone.
