Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
pregnant women in bar
Is it legal to kick a pregnant women out of bar even when she is not drinking acloholic beverages, because the owner does not want a law suit if she is bumped or pushed? Is this discrimination? I was told it was legal becuase with a liquer licence you can kick out anyone you like if the endanger you licence.
