First, call your county District Attorney's office and ask for an appointemnt to make a complaint, these allegations may be criminal in nature and prosecutable.

You certainly have the right to press charges for the assault/theft with your local prosecutor, and a civil suit for any damages to your property, plus the emotional distress of the entire trauma.
