Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
Reasonable Accommodation on a bus.
I am a person with arthritis, and I have been denied the use of the lifts or ramps on public transit, because I do not use a wheelchair. No doctor will certify me as needing an accommodation. But without medical certification to request the accommodation, do I still have a case?

Theoretically, yes. Bit without medical certification how would you prove your claim?
