I was recently in matramonial court and had to miss a day because i was very sick. the judge made a mockery of me being sick and demanded that i bring in the prescription for my catscan and said it was not an emergency. he embarrassed and humiliated me in front of the court
did the judge violate my hipaa privacy rights...

No. Some judges (just like some people in other walks of life) can be a bit strident and insensitive to the feelings of those with whom they deal. Since it sounds as though you have an ongoing matter before that judge, it is best that you grin and bear it.
