Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
I recentrly had a co-worker reveal my pregnancy status--which she had heard third-hand- to my workplace. I had not said a word to them, no told anyone within the company. Is this discrimination? Is my pregnancy staus concidered privileged information? What recourse do I have in this situation?
