Required to testify if subpoened by an agency against which I have a harassment

If I have filed a lawsuit for harassment and violation of privacy against a government intelligence agency, and they subpoena me to testify in support of their evidence on a matter of national security, which is related to the harassment I have suffered from them, must I testify?

You must obey a subpoena or risk being penalized for being in contempt of court. Unless you are questioned about the commission of a crime, for which you have 5th amendment protections, you must testify about any relevant matters which are not privileged or classified.
