School Nurses Office
How many unlicences people are or should be allowed into our childrens records? I recently was in a school nurses office and a local police man was in there readily and into charts. My child has a learning disability and I don't want just anybody with no health back round in her chart. What can I do?

It is a violation of HIPAA to allow unauthorized personnel to read private records. Complain to the school.
