Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

school

a school has told me that i have been banned from the campus for inappropriate activities this school has no proof and has given me no reson for my ban is this a matter i can take legal actions agains

The school has a right to ban you from its campus whether it is a public or private institution. The threshold question is what is your relationship to the school and why are you banned? Safety issue or academic reason? Are you a visitor . . . probably no rights. Parent of an minor student . . . very limited rights. An enrolled student (removed from campus). . . . perhaps a due process right for a school administrative hearing.

You will likely have no success suing the school, unless you can make a case that they have banned you for some improper reason, like race or religion.
