Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

Selling puppies over the internet and the laws that apply from state to state
I sold a Puppy to a Lady who lives in New york and I live in ohio she saw my advertisement on-line for the puppy she payed for the puppy and the shipping..I got the health certificate for him and shipped him to new york airport..She that evening picked up the puppy and wrote in an e-mail he had no male parts..Well anyway she took him to the vet said he has kennel cough and that he would have to have surgery for the deformed penis..She did give me the info for me to call the vet. i asked for the report and she did not send it as yet.At first she wanted her money back and wanted to keep the puppy,now she wants to give him back plus all money funded back to her plus vet.bills..What do i do..?

If you two cannot agree she will have to sue you in Ohio for her losses.
