Sexual harassment/ discrimmination/loss of job

I lost my job .due to taking them down due to my case .first equal rights and sexual harassment gender discrim.took over of n.y.c.they told me i have a strong case.we went to a hearing .e.r.they asked me to make an offer.that everything looks good . theygot caught lieing.they lawyer .told me to make offer.they told me they will keep in touch.till this day i don't know what is going on. could u help me please i don't want to lose this case..because i didn't have a lawyer i got screw..please help write back or call.. --name removed---name removed-- 518-326-5174 THANK-YOU VERY MUCH.. Greetings, I have read your message and have some follow up questions reagrding the type of hearing you attended. Was it an EEOC, Union, or unemployment hearing? Additionally, if you beleive that you have been terminated due to a discriminatory reason you must first file a proper EEOC complaint, have you done this?
