small claims statute of limitation?
is there statute of limitation for filing a small claim? how do i show the value of the property that i claim? like if it is a luxury goods, how do i prove the value if i no longer have the original receipt anymore?

A statue of limitation begins to run from the date of your loss until the time to file a claim expires. The time frames for statues of limitations are dependent on the type of loss you have incurred.
