Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
I starting speaking to an employee of a major cell phone company. I had history with her as she dated one of my friends. Several days after us talking, I found that she went into my phone account at work to see if I had texted/ called my ex girlfriend. I have called her company and reported the violation of privacy but do I have a case? Also, yesterday she was approached about the situation at work and today as I was pulling in to work she followed me to my place of employment and boxed my car in then began making a scene in front of my co-workers. What should I do?
