Can I sue for being called a CENSORED and accused of stealing when I did nothing wrong

A onetime event such as this is ordinarily not enough for a lawsuit if there is no other effect on the conditions of your employment. It is best that you file a written complaint with HR or to your manager as a notice against any such future racist conduct.
