sue wedding photographer

i need to sue my wedding phtographer i have yet to receive my album and he asked my to send back the cd of the proofs because his records didnt match the pictures i had selected now i have nothing and he hasnt returned my call in 3wks. around the time of the wedding he lived near me but through conversation about a month after the wedding he had said he moved to the city( new york)his number is unlisted and i dont have a current address in order to take him to small claims i need this information what do i do.
