Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

If someone takes me to court because I sold him a car and he says that I sad that I would give him the money back if there was anything wrong with the car but he has no prof that we had that agrement can I win the case?

What is in the bill of sale? Did you give him a warranty? If you didn't give him a warranty or promise a return, you should win. However, anything can happen.
