Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

Title 7 violations by Native American Corp on Federal Property

Is there any way a person can file a law suit against a native american corp for discrimination. So far, everything I've read seems to protect these corp under title 7. Has anyone ever won a lawsuit that was overturned regarding discrimination against an non native american by a native american company. Is there a way to sue under the constitution or perhaps somehow through tribal law if you are not a native american.

Yes, there may be a way to file such a suit; however, it all depends on what you are claiming. Title VII and similar laws were passed to cure systemic discrimination against persons of color and women. Native American (or First Americans) are persons of color and they routinely suffer from discrimination; as such, Congress gave them some immunity from suit under Title VII and similar laws so that they can develop their own economic institutions without the fear of being hauled into court by every non-First-American who believes that they suffered from discrimination by a First-American
