traffic stop

pulled over while making 3 pt turn on dead end.Told iwas aheroin addict officer went in my underwear touching my scrotum and penis Questioned my 8 yr old son who was in the car. They continually called me a heroin addict repeatly saying I looked like a addict.Told me I was arrested before which i have never been. Let us go after about 25 minutes of harassment and said we're gonna get you.Completely harassing and frightening. How can this be legal? got home and phoned the prescint was told this is legal .whats my next step?
